Scott was very thorough and showed us the camera view of our pipes. The end result was no repairs were needed at this time. He did not try to talk us into unnecessary work.

Very knowledgeable and thoughtful. We had a miscommunication on the cost of the backflow testing, but the general manager was responsive, and resolved the issue immediately that same day. They came out in a pinch and got the work done well, and done right!

If you’re having any type of plumbing issues, I highly recommend Premier! We had a plumbing emergency Sunday evening and Kevin went out to look at the issue. Not only did he take care of the issue, but he went back first thing the next morning with a camera to investigate further. He communicated with me the entire time, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Thank you, Kevin!

Kevin was amazing. He found the problem with the spigot and was able to fix it without replacing parts. Our old plumbing company always replaced parts which made our bills very expensive. We appreciate Kevin’s expertise and hard work.. Kevin was great to do business with.

Jeff Shafer and his team at Premier Plumbers are top notch and very knowledgeable. When I called his office to get a bid for work, the team was very professional, had the work scheduled for the same week and the technician showed up early to start the work. They helped with a variety of jobs including drain and faucet installation as well as dishwasher hookup. I would recommend them to all my friends and and family for any of their plumbing needs.

As a property manager we look for vendors who care and show up. Premier Plumbers does just that! I made a call to schedule sink repairs, Marissa answered with a very pleasant greeting and scheduled me next day. Received call later they had an opening for the afternoon, boom all fixed! No waiting. The thing that really was an added bonus was I received notification that technician was on his way, complete with a picture of who was coming. Fantastic! Jay came out introduced himself, kept the area clean and had the patience of a Saint with my 2 barking dogs! Thank you, Premier Plumbing for the quick response and repair. As a licensed seasoned community manager, I highly recommend Premier Plumbers.

We reached out to three companies for the job of sealcoating our long driveway. Derek was very fast with an estimate. His prices were in line with the others and his company had the best customer ratings. Communication about the time of the job were very good with both written and phone contacts. The job started and finished on time and he was very attentive to details and cleanup. Overall, an excellent job and highly recommended.

REVIEW UPDATE. I previously said Randy but it should be KEVIN. He immediately resolved my plumbing concern after Premier repaired a leaking pipe the day before. Even though I cleaned my faucet filters after the repair it wasn't enough. Kevin had the tools and knowledge to correct the situation. Premier Plumbing will take care of you the first time, the right way.

Premier Plumbing is my go to plumbing company that has done re-piping, installed a new water heater & specifically Brian installed my PHYN system. Brian is very knowledgeable & is a consummate professional who knows his craft. I was concerned about the pressure readings on my PHYN system on my remote readings. He came out on 8-29-25 & checked everything & assured me that all was fine. He mentioned since I had an open system that I should not need an expansion tank but was going to run it by the owner, Kelly & Scott. He is again very thorough. 5+

I’m extremely impressed with Premier Plumbers! We had an emergency during last years hurricane, sewer backed up! I called them, never having used them before (we had recently moved into our home) and they brought 2 trucks thru the flooding water to help!! They assessed the problem, it was a result of the flooding & were able to clear the drains inside & outside of my home!!! So, when the guest bathroom toilet began to leak, I called them on Friday. Brian was here today, Monday. He was not only honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable but cleaned up after he completed his repairs/replacements!!! Thank you Premier Plumbing for having such a great crew. Thank you Brian for all of your help and guidance. You all deserve ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Kevin gave us great customer service when coming out to a house with a leak around the water meter. He explained everything, sent me a video and an explanation so that I could deal with Sarasota County and get them out there to fix the water meter. He was very helpful and I really appreciated how quickly he was there and how well he communicated all the issues with me. We will be asking for Kevin! Thank you, Premier!

From the first call, to the techs knowledge and honesty, to the customer service and response time this local plumbing company in Fort Myers does it right. My hot water had stopped. They came out within a few hours of my call. Jay was very personable and walked me through what was wrong with the water heater. It was apparent I needed a new one. He ran back to the shop to grab one he knew he had, I got a very fair estimate right away, no hidden costs or added labor. Jay got the new unit back and installed all within a few hours getting our household back online with hot water and some real peace of mind. If you are looking for an honest and fair team of plumbers these are the people to call.
